This section seems to have had a complicated series of reorganizattons.  The 1870 kml files from Oswego to Richland have no name.  The USGS quads refer to it as the New York Central and Hudson River  Railroad.  The Watertown and Rome RR ran from Richland to Philadelphia, the Potsdam and Watertown RR ran from Philadelphia to DeKalb Junction.   From DeKalb Junction to Ogdensburg the 1870 files have no name for the railroad.  The USGS quads refer to the run between Richland and Watertown as the Rome, Watertown and Ogdensburg RR, the rest of the railroads are all indicated as New York Central and Hudson River.  The length found on the Hammond, NY quad (1912) assigned it to the Niagara Falls line.
