The KML files from the University of Nebraska indicate the Quincy and Chicago RR  (possibly known as the Northern Cross RR) , ran from Quincy to Galesburg.

From Galesburg to Batavia:  Chicago, Burlington and Quincy

From Batavia to Turner Junction (West Chicago): an unnamed line, probably the Aurora Branch.

From West Chicago (Turner Junction) to Chicago:  Galena and Chicago Union.

According to the wikipedia article, this entire route would have been the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy , see  Aurora Branch..
