Schell Creek to Egan Canyon

Descends a rough road . Crosses Steptoe Valley and bridged creek. Road heavy, sand or mud. After 16 miles, Egan's Kanyon, dangerous for Indians. Station at the W. mouth burned by Indians in October, 1860
