Poultney Bigelow wrote on Boston University Law School letterhead to Sam. “This top line gives you a notion of where I am and what I am doing and that I’m thinking of you and wondering if you’re happy and well and if the KELGREN magic still works in your blood.” Bigelow planned to pass through NYC on Mar. 25 on his way to speak at West Point and if Sam would be in he would stop by.
